Largest Unaffiliated Brokerage in Maine Joins Growing National Franchise
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate today announced the addition of Bangor-based Town & Country, REALTORS®, the largest unaffiliated residential real estate company in Maine, to its franchise network. Town & Country was recently ranked in the REAL Trends 500 report tracking the nation's leading real estate brokerages. The company has nine offices through which it closed approximately 1,000 transactions in 2009. The firm will now operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Town & Country."This was an opportunity that we simply could not let pass by," said Earl Black president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Town and Country.
